Printer keeps disappearing windows xp

It should be isolated to each account or computer. Have a user that doesnt experience the issue log on to a problem machine and see if they lose their printers. If my first suggestion fixs your problem please advise the version of Adobe Reader installed as the solution is only a workaround until the problem reoccurs with the next problematic pdf file.
